Today Daddy went to a gun show with Bruce and his older son, Josh. Mommy and the kids went to a birthday party for Bailey at Chuck E. Cheese. It was great b/c it was at 10:00 and there wasn't anybody else there for awhile. It made it alot easier to keep up with three kids going in all different directions. Christian and Clayton got tons of tickets. They found this game that gives alot of tickets when you play. Camryn rode some rides and then stared at Chuck E. Cheese singing in the stage area for the rest of the time. Whenever they closed the curtain for him to be done, she would cry and say "Chuck E. Cheese. I want him!!". When we got home, the boys hung out in their rooms and I layed Camryn down for her nap. It took her an hour and a half to go to sleep. But I was bound and determined for her to take a nap today, so I didn't give up. Go Mommy!!!!! Tonight we are just hanging out and mommy is helping the kids make brownies.(She will also help them eat the brownies!!!).

Today was a normal weekday, except we did get to sleep in about an hour late and mommy took the boys to school. After work, we went to Outback for dinner. Clayton ate two loaves of bread!!!! (Of course, he didn't eat anything else) All of the kids were very well behaved. Camryn actually sat in her seat the whole time without crying to get up and run around the restaurant. She got in time out for the first time at daycare today. She didn't take it very well. Tonight we are just hanging out as a family and taking it easy.

This weekend was pretty enjoyable and relaxing (which mommy desperately needed after the kids being out of school for a whole week). Friday night we went to Angilos for dinner, just the five of us. Camryn was unusually fussy all day on Friday. Even her teachers at daycare commented on how irritable she was. Clayton got to feeling better (he ran a high fever for a couple of days). Saturday morning mommy and Camryn went to the grocery store while daddy worked outside picking up and fixing things that our mini hurricane left behind. While Camryn was napping, mommy and daddy worked on cleaning the house and catching up on laundry. Later that afternoon, we went to mamaw Mary's for a birthday celebration for daddy, Aunt Christie, and Amber. Sunday, we went to church, grabbed some lunch on the way home, and waited around for Camryn to take her nap. Then we headed off to maamw Patty's for a cookout. By the time we got home, it was time for baths and bedtime. Everybody goes back to school tomorrow, so mommy had to pack lunches, iron uniforms, and check backpacks.

Yesterday daddy and some other guys from sunday school left for West Liberty for a mission project to build a bathroom for a new church. So, after work, mommy and the kids got something to eat and just hung out at home and played and watched movies. This morning, mommy went running while mamaw Mary watched the kidddos. Christian left around 1:30 to go to the UofK game in Lexington with papaw Fred and some other people papaw knows. This is his first U of K game he has gone to and he was super excited. Meanwhile mommy took Clayton and Camryn to Jonathon Truman's birthday party. They had alot of fun (and alot of sugar). Then we met mamaw Mary at Frisches for dinner. Daddy was home when we got back and we just played outside with the neighborhood kids until it was time to come in and take baths.

This morning mamaw Mary took the boys out to breakfast and then to Walmart to get some treats for being good all week. Mommy and Daddy and Camryn went to eat breakfast together also. Then they all went to Aunt Becky's and Uncle Jamie's to visit for awhile. Mommy stayed at home to get ready for the day. We dropped the kiddos off at mamaw Patty's and then headed to Lebinworth, IN. with Jason, Kristi, Bart, and Angie to put their boat in the river. We had a blast water skiing, tubing, and just hanging out on the boat all day. We didn't get home until around 9:00, but the kids were troopers. It was great to see Jason and Kristi again and get to hang out with them all day. We really enjoyed being on the boat, thanks for the invite. Now mommy and daddy want a boat and are trying to fit it into "the budget".....

Today was a normal work and school day. After work, Jonathon came over to play with Clayton. They really miss each other and are having a blast upstairs playing video games (what is it with boys and video games??) I am posting a picture of Camryn at daycare with some of her classmates.

LABOR DAY

Today we slept in, then hung out around the house all day long. We swam, cooked out, and just relaxed. It was so nice. Not much else to report on. The kids are playing outside with daddy right now, and then we are getting baths, then going to bed. Tomorrow is back to work and school :(
